information regarding your prior degree(s).
• According to Pasadena City College’s Admissions and Records Office, you have reported that you earned a Bachelor’s
Degree, while on your FAFSA you did not indicate that you have one.
__________ I have a Bachelor’s Degree or will receive one prior to July 1, 2017.
You are not eligible for a Pell Grant or campus- based programs. The only programs you may be eligible
for are the Board of Governors Fee Waiver (California Residents Only).
__________ I do not have a Bachelor’s Degree.
If you do not have a Bachelor’s Degree, please submit the following to Admissions and
Records:

A signed copy of this form

An official academic transcript or verification from the university you attended. Verification must
be on official letterhead from the university or college you previously attended.
OR
• When you filed your FAFSA, you either left the Bachelor’s Degree question blank or you reported that you have a Bachelor’s
Degree and/or you are currently enrolled for the purpose of obtaining a degree beyond a Bachelor’s. Please select the
statement below that applies and return to this form to Pasadena City College’s Office of Financial Aid.
