Perry Homes appreciates the cooperation of area Brokers in selling our new homes. To signify our appreciation, we are
pleased to pay a Broker Referral Fee of three percent (3%) of the final Earnest Money Contract sales price, after closing, on
all qualified Broker referral prospects. To qualify for a Broker Referral Fee, the following must be satisfied:
1. You (the Broker or Agent) must register the Client as a prospective Purchaser using this form prior to the
Client’s signing an Earnest Money Contract with Perry Homes;
2. You must be employed as a Texas licensed Real Estate Agent and/or Broker with an active Real Estate
Company; and
3. Your signed form is valid for sixty (60) days. However, you may renew a registration by signing a new form
so long as an Earnest Money Contract has not yet been signed by the Client.
Perry Homes reserves the right to make changes (including discontinuance) to this Referral Fee Program at any time;
however, no such changes will affect any pending sales for which a signed Earnest Money Contract already exists, and the
Broker/Agent will be notified of any changes. Your Referral Fee for the above-referenced Client, should they enter into an
Earnest Money Contract under the terms of this agreement, is acknowledged by this document. If more than one Broker
registers a Client, at the time of signing the Earnest Money Contract, the Purchaser shall designate which of the two Brokers
will be paid. Referral Fees will not be split between Brokers. This is not a blanket registration for all Perry communities.
You must register the Client in the Perry Sales Office for each community that the Client may wish to consider. Please
indicate your acceptance of the above terms by signing in the space indicated below.
