PROJECT
INFORMATION:
This competitive sealed invitation for bid is for furniture to be installed in the newly constructed Multi-Sports Complex on the ATU
Russellville campus.
DESCRIPTIVE
LITERATURE:
If bidding an alternate, descriptive literature MUST accompany bid response and the Make, Model, and Warranty
sections must be completed for each item. Failure to do so may result in rejection of bid. Any alternate items bid will
be subject to evaluation and approval by the University. Only approved alternates will be subject to award.
AWARD:
Award will be made in the best interest of the University, and the University’s decision is final. Contract and Grant Disclosure and
EEO Policy forms must be completed before purchase order can be released. Forms can be accessed via the web here.
DELIVERY AND
INSTALLTION
INFORMATION:
Delivery and installation is tentatively scheduled for February 12, 2018. This may change due to construction progress. University
dumpsters may not be used to dispose of packing material.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Specifications are intended to establish a minimum desired quality or performance level that will provide the best product available at
the best price. It is not the intention of the University to write “closed specs”.
Bidder may be asked to furnish a sample showing construction details. Shipping of sample both ways will be the responsibility of the bidder.
