Administrators have rights that enable them to add new Users and modify a User’s profile (including the ability to reset a User password), function and
account permissions within FastNet Business.
If you have accounts which need more than one signatory to authorise a payment, you must have at least the same number of Administrators.
Each Administrator will need to select a unique User ID that will allow sign-on to FastNet Business. A Netcode token and an initial Password will be supplied by ASB.
Netcode token fees may apply. Up to two Netcode tokens are supplied free of charge.
The User Limit is the maximum dollar value an Administrator can authorise per day per site.
Each Administrator will have their access to the ASB Mobile Business app enabled by default. ASB Mobile Business gives FastNet Business Users access
to mobile banking so they can manage certain functions of their business banking e.g. checking their account balances and authorising payments. Mobile
access can be disabled by Administrators within each User profile if required.
Financial Markets deal limit is the maximum NZ dollar limit the user may specify per deal.

Your site Administrators will be responsible for permissions and limits.
Each FastNet Business User will have their access to the ASB Mobile Business app enabled by default. ASB Mobile Business gives FastNet Business Users

Customer Certificate
Certify as follows:
1. Authority for Certificate
I am/We are authorised by the Customer to enter into this Certificate.
2. Authority of Authorised Signatories, Administrators and Users
The Customer authorises ASB to provide all Authorised Signatories, Administrators and Users with access via the Product to the Account(s) which will allow
them to use all available Functions (currently and in the future) and carry out transactions. In particular, in addition to the authorities under the Account
Mandate, the Customer authorises:
(a) Authorised Signatories to:
(i) sign any form, declaration or other documentation and give instructions to ASB in respect of any FastNet Business product; and
(ii) grant Administrator(s) and User(s) View or Transact access via the Product to operate the Customer’s Account(s) (including Treasury and/or
International Trade Services Account(s)) and remove those Administrators’ and Users’ access as may be required from time to time;
(b) Administrators to:
(i) access the Account(s) and to use all Functions and View or Transact on the Accounts via the Product;
(ii) appoint and remove Users as may be required from time to time; and
(iii) select which permissions are given to Administrator(s) and/or User(s) to enable them to use and operate the Account(s); and
(c) Users to access the Account(s) and to use all Functions and View or Transact on the Account(s) via the Product.
3. Product
The Customer acknowledges that:
(a) without further reference to, or authorisation from it, Administrators and Users are authorised to use all Functions and Modules offered by FastNet
Business from time to time in accordance with their specified account permissions (as may change from time to time);
(b) they may not personally know an Administrator or User who has access to the Product and therefore, the Account(s); and
(c) ASB may offer new services or Modules or amend or remove existing Functions or Modules provided via the Product from time to time without notice.
This may or may not require changes to these FastNet Business Terms and Conditions or require the Customer to accept additional terms and conditions
before the Functions or Modules are available.
4. Actions Binding on Customer
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) all documents, declarations, authorisations, instructions and transactions executed, given, used and carried out whatsoever in respect of the Product by
the Authorised Signatories, Administrators and Users are binding on the Customer; and
(b) ASB will have no obligation to verify the authenticity of any such instructions received via the Product from any Administrator or User or purporting to
have been sent by any Authorised Signatory, Administrator or User and ASB may act on any directions contained in the instructions which purport to be
genuine without further inquiry.
5. Indemnity
The Customer agrees to hold harmless and keep ASB indemnified for and against all and any damages, claims, demands, costs and expenses (including costs
on a solicitor and own client basis), which ASB may incur as a result of ASB acting in reliance on this Certificate or accepting any instructions or purported
instructions from any Authorised Signatory, Administrator or User.
6. Reliance
The Customer acknowledges that ASB may rely on this Certificate as valid and genuine without further inquiry.
