The Undergraduate Academic Symposium is intended to highlight Excellence in Thought and Beauty in
Expression at WWU through presentation and display of selected undergraduate scholarship from
across the curriculum. This half-day symposium will allow students to engage in multimedia, visual, oral
and poster presentations.
Call for Submissions
Students are invited to submit proposals for a paper presentation, poster presentation, multimedia
presentation, or artistic work. Applicants should keep in mind that this is meant to be an
interdisciplinary symposium, so all projects should be presented in a clear manner that is intelligible to a
general audience. Proposals should be submitted directly to the chair of your department by February 3.
