the Toronto Building Customer Service counter located at City Hall. This appointment is limited to Zoning
By-law information related to properties in the Toronto and East York District. Upon receipt of your
request, you will be contacted within one business day to confirm the date and time of your appointment.
For properties in other areas/districts of the City, and all other inquiries, please call Toronto Building

Toronto Building collects personal information on this form under the legal authority of the City of Toronto Act, 2006,
section 136 (b) and the Building Code Act, 1992, section 8. The information will be used in the administration and
enforcement of the Building Code Act, 1992. Questions about this collection can be directed to the Customer Service
