REQUIREDRECORDEDDOCUMENTSFORINITIALSUBMITTAL.
When submitting an application for a boundary adjustment between un‐platted parcels, the applicant shall provide the
following,pursuanttoSection8.5.5.C.:
MapofSurvey.AmapofsurveyintheformestablishedbySection8.5.5.C.1.a.
Conveyance of Parcels. An instrument, to be recorded, which totally merges the divided portions and combines them
intotheadjoiningparcels,sothatnoadditionalparcelsarecreated,andsuchthattheresultingparcelsareestablishedas
singleparcelsforallpurposes.
Whensubmittinganapplication fora boundaryadjustmentbetweenplatted lots orbetweena plattedlot and anun‐platted
parcel,theapplicantshallprovide
thefollowing,pursuanttoSection8.5.5.C.:
PlatMap.Anewplatmap,preparedintheformestablishedinSubsection8.5.5.C.2.a.
NoticeofIntent.Evidencethattheapplicanthaspublisheda“NoticeofIntenttoSubdivide”onceeachweekfor2weeks
within30calendardayspriortosubmittingthisapplication,pursuanttoWyomingStatutesasamended.
ConveyanceofPlattedLots.Ifthereismorethanoneowner ofthevacatedportionoftheplat,instrumentsconveying
ownershipoftheindividuallotsorparcelsresultingfromthereplatshallbeprovided.
Conveyance of Unplatted Parcels. An instrument acceptable to the County Attorney and County Surveyor shall be
providedtoestablishanewlyadjustedunplattedparcel.
Applicationsfor boundaryadjustmentsbetween plattedlotsor betweenaplatted lotand anun‐platted parcelaresubjectto
reviewby theBoard of CountyCommissioners ata publichearing. SeeSection 8.5.5 for adetailed descriptionof theprocess.
The
additionalsubmittalrequirementslistedbelowareapplicableonlytoboundaryadjustmentapplicationsinvolvingaplatted
lotorlots.
POSTEDNOTICE.Theapplicantisresponsibleforpostingandmaintaininganoticeofthepublichearingonthelandsubjecttothe
application.Thepostednoticeshallmeetthefollowingstandards.
Content. The posted notice shall contain the notice contentrequired by Subsection 1 above, except the description of the
locationofthelandsubjecttotheapplication.AtemplateisavailableintheAdministrativeManual.
Timing.Thenoticeshallbe
postedforatleast10dayspriortothehearing,andshallberemovedwithin5daysfollowingthe
hearing.
Size.Thenoticeshallbe4ftby4ft.
LocationandLegibility.Anoticeshallbeplacedalongeachfrontlotlinesoastobelegible
fromeachaccesspointtothesite.
Thenoticemaybemountedtoabuilding. Ifthenoticeisfreestanding,it shouldbeset back2 ftfromanylotline oraccess
easement.
Materials.ThenoticeshallmeetthematerialsstandardsofDiv.5.6.andshallnotbelighted.
PRE‐HEARING PACKET SUBMITTAL.The following shall be delivered to the Planning Department no later than 9:00am the
business day before the Board of County Commissioner packets go out for the scheduled public hearing on the proposed
subdivisionplatoramendment:
PlatMap. Onefullsize copyof theplatmap, reflectingallrevisions requestedby theTechnicalReview Committee,for
theBoardofCountyCommissioners’packets.Themapshouldbeprintedonpaper,notmylar.
HEARINGSUBMITTAL.ThefollowingshallbedeliveredtothePlanningDepartmentnolaterthan9:00amthebusinessdaybefore
thescheduledpublichearing:
MylarPlat Map.Theoriginal mylar, fullysigned and notarized, apartfrom thefinal signature requiredbythe Boardof
CountyCommissioners.
OriginalDocuments.Signedandnotarizedoriginaldocumentstoberecordedwiththeplat.
