8. Provide the philosophy, organizing framework, objectives and outcomes of the program in accordance with
N.J.A.C. 13:37-1.5:
(a) The faculty shall develop, and revise as necessary, a statement of philosophy/mission, and student learning
outcomes, and program outcomes which are consistent with the denition of nursing as set forth at N.J.S.A.
45:11-23(b).
(b) The nursing program shall incorporate competencies required for the successful entry of the nursing graduate
into practice.
