Applicaon for Outdoor Gathering in Excess of 10 People
Background: Under Governor Greg Abbo’s Execuve Order GA-28, as amended eecve July 3, 2020, gatherings of more than 10
people are prohibited unless approved by the Mayor of the city in which the gathering is held.
The purpose of this applicaon is to provide a process for applicaon of gatherings of more than 10 and consideraon for approval of
such.
Please submit completed applicaon at least 7 days before date of gathering. Applicaons should be submied to:

Applicant agrees to: (please inial each statement)
____ Set up the event to ensure individuals not of the same household can maintain social distancing (6 separaon).
____ Advise aendees to self-screen before coming to the gathering for COVID signs and/or symptoms, i.e., cough, fever, sore throat,
loss of taste or smell, muscle pain, headache, known close contact with a person who is lab conrmed to have COVID19.
____ Advise aendees that individuals aged 65 or older are at a higher risk of COVID-19 and should stay at home as much as possible.
Large gatherings, even those held outside, pose a signicant risk to this populaon.
____ Make hand sanizer, disinfecng wipes, soap and water, or similar disinfectant readily available to aendees.
____ Consider having individuals wear face coverings at the gathering when within 6 of another person who is not a member of the
individual’s group.
