Endowed Faculty Chair Award Recipient
Annual Report Requirements
Endowed Faculty Chair recipients are responsible for filing an annual
report with the BCC Foundation office by June 30 of each academic year
during the three-year award period.
The report will include a listing/narrative of activities, a summary of the
project and its outcomes and an accounting of program funds. The
report will also provide a project and budget proposal for the upcoming
fiscal/award year. The annual report form will be provided to the
recipient. The recipient is required to submit electronic copies of both
an interim at the conclusion of the first and second award years and final
report at the conclusion of the third award year.
The report will be for the purpose of distributing the project information
to the donor. Reports are compiled and forwarded to the President’s
executive staff, Foundation, and the Endowed Chairs donors.
At the end of the period of the award by June 30th, the recipient will
provide the BCC Foundation with a final accounting of the expenditure
of the funds, any equipment purchased through the Endowed Chair
Program, a copy of the final product (if a tangible product is produced),
and a written report describing the project and its outcomes. An oral
report of the project and its outcomes may be requested.
