Exam Eligibility Requirements
In accordance with Commission Rule A-2 and A-3 concerning the requirement that examinations be
given only to qualified applicants, I hereby attest that I qualify to sit for the Colorado broker’s
examination per the following:

I have completed 168 hours of pre-licensing education
I have completed 120 hours of pre-licensing education (I hold or previously held a
salesperson’s license in Colorado or any other state or U.S. Territory)
I have completed 72 hours of pre-licensing education (I hold or previously held a broker’s
license in Colorado or any other state or U.S. Territory)
I hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree with a major course of study in real estate. (no
certificate required)
I am a licensed attorney and have completed 12 hours of pre-licensing education.
I have a Colorado broker’s license that expired more than 3 years ago.
I am currently licensed in Colorado and am completing the state portion of the exam for
continuing education purposes.
I am currently licensed in another state, and have held that license for at least 2 years. (no
certificate required, state exam only)

statements made herein are punishable by law. I state under penalty of perjury in the
second degree, as defined in 18-8-503, C.R.S. that the above statements are true and
