As part-time, non-matriculated, students can register for a maximum of 11.5 credits per semester per year.
I have printed and read the Advanced Studies parent/student handbook. By signing this form, both my parent/guardian and I understand that
I am registering for an SUNY Erie course taught at my high school. The students will continue to earn college credit for the course even if the
course is held virtually due to COVID-19. Once registered, liability is incurred.
We understand that I will not be released for non-attendance or dropping this course once registered in accordance to SUNY Erie tuition and
fee policy. I will be mailed an invoice from SUNY Erie and agree that if payment is not received by the due date, that we will be responsible
for all late fees. In addition, I will not be able to register for more course(s) or receive a transcript if I have not posted full payment to my
account.
