Our guiding principles
Information to help you make decisions
and plans for the future
You will be able to get information about:
• how you can be healthy and independent
• how to get help if you need it
• what support is available in your area so that you
can make your own choices
• what to do if you think someone or something
is not safe. This is called safeguarding.
We will:
• make sure information is up to date and correct
• make sure information is available to everyone.
Making sure care and support works well
and stops problems from getting worse
Together, we will:
• do everything we can to try and stop problems
from getting worse
• find out what you can do for yourself
• find out if other people like your family or friends
can help to support you
• find out if there are any other services
that might be able to help you.
