Include/Exclude Component From Value To Value
* You may include/exclude any combination of Units and/or Objects.
* It is assumed that all Object codes will be available to the person receiving access.
* You do not have to list individual Units/Objects if they fall within a range. You may use the Rollups that are
built into the chart of accounts. (ie if you want all Units within the College of Arts & Sciences you may select Include/Units/
From Value 11 to 11, or if you want to give someone access to all Objects within the 63100 Unit but exclude salaries you
would select Include/Unit/ From Value 63100 To Value 63100 and Exclude/Object/From Value 6 To Value 6)

*Please fill out the form completely.
*If you have questions, please contact your Controller's Office Point of Contact.
*Once the form is completed, e-mail the form to your applicable unit contact/coordinator.
*The unit contact will obtain unit approval and forward it on by e-mail to the Budget Director for approval.
*The Budget Director will provide approval and forward it on to the Controller's Office.
*Access will be input into Colleague and both the requestor, and person for whom access is granted, will be notified.
*Self-guided training materials to train at own pace will be provided. Any further instruction can be obtained from your Controller's
Office Point of Contact.
*Any changes in access must follow the same procedures.
*The form does not save the data, so if you want a record you must print the form out.
