Athletic organizations other than City sponsored programs, Recognized Bloomington Youth Athletic
Organizations, or Bloomington schools must complete a facility request form. No athletic facility request
will be considered without the submittal of a completed request form providing all required information.
Bloomington’s Parks and Recreaon Division will begin accepng Outdoor Athlec Facility Rental
Requests on March 15 (except for Red Haddox Field, March 1). Requests received by April 15 will be
reviewed in accordance with the scheduling priority stated in the City’s Athlec Field Use Policy. Upon
review, organizaons will receive nocaon regarding the status of the request by May 1. Requests
received aer April 15 will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.
Organizaons looking to host a tournament or large event ulizing Bloomington outdoor athlec
facilies must complete a Tournament Field Request form in place of this one.
Upon request approval, the organizaon’s contact person will receive a permit that must be reviewed,
signed, and returned with payment. Requests unable to be accommodated will be noed via email.
