Nonattainment Area.
Responses should correspond to those BMPs utilized for the majority of the time between January 1, 2017
and December 31, 2017.
Miles controlled” refers to the access connection or unpaved road segment length controlled by the
corresponding BMP.
The “Responsible Person” listed above should be the commercial farmer responsible for preparation and
implementation of your BMP program.
