Use this form to replace your peeling plates with new plates that have the same plate number. A $20.00 fee applies.

After DMV processes your application, DMV will send you a new registration document and windshield sticker.
DMV separately mails your vehicle plates. Your new plates will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks.
