The location of the new structure and the location of existing structures on the property
The distance of the new structure to the property lines
The distance of the new structure to the existing structures
The placement of this structure cannot divert surface water to adjacent properties
Changing existing grade with soil or landscaping cannot divert surface water to
adjacent properties

THIS ZONING COMPLIANCE PERMIT SHALL BECOME NULL AND VOID IF THE WORK FOR WHICH THE
PERMIT WAS ISSUED HAS NOT COMMENCED WITHIN 180 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE PERMIT.
