New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901-1593 Attn: GCI Scholarship Committee

Official Transcript(s): All high school transcripts to date.
2.
At least one (1) Academic Letter of Recommendation from a member of the
faculty where you attend school.
3.
At least one (1) more Letter of Recommendation from any other person not
related to you.
4.
A copy of your notification that you have been accepted to Douglass Residential
College program.
5.
Include an essay. The Essay must be limited to a maximum of two pages, detailing
your charitable endeavors, your future goals and your financial needs. Attach
the Essay Page to this application.
6.
Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (to be used to notify you of status after
scholarship is awarded).
* Please follow up on transcripts and letters sent under separate cover; you will not be
notified of items missing at the June 15, 2020 deadline.
