obtaining credit reporting information, including a credit report, about the Applicant to the Landlord, and authorizes any credit reporting agency to release such
information to the Landlord. The purpose of collecting this information is to allow the Landlord to assess and to consider the Applicant’s qualifications to rent the
property. If this application is accepted by the Landlord and if the Applicant and the Landlord enter into a tenancy agreement, the Applicant also consents and
authorizes the Landlord, on a continuing basis after the tenancy has started, to continue to collect personal information from the abovementioned references and
credit reporting agencies, and to use and disclose that information solely for responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy and
complying with legal requirements.
