completed application for Pima County to begin the processing of this request:
1. A WRITTEN REQUEST STATING ALL PERTINENT FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES,
WITH YOUR REASON(S) FOR THIS REQUEST.
2. A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION MAP ON 8 1/2" BY 11" SHEET
IDENTIFYING THE SURPLUS AREA.
3. DOCUMENTATION PROVING APPLICANT IS A SOLELY CHARITABLE, SOCIAL,
OR BENEVOLENT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION INCORPORATED OR OPERATING
IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
AN APPRAISAL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE SURPLUS AREA AND YOU WILL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPRAISED VALUE, THE COST OF THE APPRAISAL,
THE COST OF PUBLICATION, AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.
