completed application for Pima County to begin the processing of this request:
1. A WRITTEN REQUEST STATING ALL PERTINENT FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES,
WITH YOUR REASON(S) FOR THIS REQUEST. IF AN EXCHANGE IS PROPOSED,
IDENTIFY PROPERTY THE APPLICANT IS OFFERING TO EXCHANGE.
2. A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION MAP ON 81/2" BY 11" SHEET
IDENTIFYING THE SURPLUS AREA.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $500.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
AN APPRAISAL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE SURPLUS AREA AND YOU WILL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPRAISED VALUE, THE COST OF THE APPRAISAL,
THE COST OF PUBLICATION, ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND WILL BE REQUIRED
TO BID AT PUBLIC AUCTION A SURVEY MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED. THE
MINIMUM BID WILL BE THE APPRAISED VALUE, PLUS FEES.
