Students who complete the requirements and meet the Application for Graduation deadline during the academic year (Fall & Spring
Semesters) are invited to participate in the annual commencement ceremony in May. Students who apply for graduation and do not
complete their requirements at the end of the semester must REAPPLY pay the $25 fee. Application for Graduation deadlines are
published in the semester course schedule.
Please Note: Diplomas are printed with the student’s name exactly as it appears on UAOnline. Diplomas reflecting a subsequent
name change will not be automatically reordered. After submitting a Change of Name form, it is the student’s responsibility to
request, in writing, an updated diploma and pay the $25 reorder fee.
Names of students with directory holds/confidentiality flags on their student record will NOT be printed
in graduation programs or released to the media. Verify your information on UAOnline.
