AFC Valencia Chapter Leadership Award
This Leadership Award is offered any current Valencia AFC member to assist in the participation of an AFC
related event. The amount may be up to $250 per award, per person with a maximum of one award each
academic year. The goal is to assist AFC members in attending AFC-sponsored workshops or professional
development opportunities. Presenters will be given first priority.
Criteria
Must be a current member of AFC (dues must be current)
Submit with application request “What you expect to learn from this experience.”
Upon completion of program/workshop, recipients will be required to submit a “thank you” to include
a statement of what they learned.
Priority will be given to active members and/or presenters
Copies of authorization to travel must be submitted with application
Copies of per diem and receipts must be submitted with “thank you”
