TOURNAMENTS: *Special Event Applications will be required for approval.
Minimum One hour reservation in half hour increments. Field Use hours must include time for set up and clean up.
INSURANCE: For ongoing groups/leagues and tournaments, a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of one million dollars
($1,000,000), listing the City of Duvall as an additional insured must be submitted with application. Individuals or groups using the fields
for a select few dates are responsible for providing your own liability/medical insurance.
REMINDERS:
• REMEMBER TO BRING A COPY OF YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR RESERVATION TO THE FIELD.
• Payment is due ten days before your field reservation and use or the field use privileges may be revoked.
• Do not show up earlier than your reserved time and do not stay later than your reserved time.
• Please no food or drink on the fields except water and sports drinks.
• No sunflower seeds or gum.
• Cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice will forfeit payment to the City.
• All debris/garbage must be picked up and removed by persons, groups using the field. Failure to do so can result in
additional fees being levied to cover the cleanup costs.
• At no charge, Field lights are turned on five minutes (5) prior to reservation and turned off five minutes (5) after reservation.
User shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Duvall, its officials, employees and volunteers from and against any and all claims, suits, actions
or liabilities for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damage to property, which arises out of the use of Premises or from any activity, work or thing
done, permitted, or suffered by User in or about the Premises, except only such injury or damage as shall have been occasioned by the sole negligence of
the City of Duvall.

BIG ROCK BALLFIELDS USE AGREEMENT
To protect and preserve the quality of the sports fields and provide a clean and safe environment, the following are prohibited:
❖ Dog or pets of any kind.
❖ Food or drink of any kind, including seeds, nuts and gum.
❖ Glass bottles or glass containers of any type.
❖ Smoking or tobacco products of any kind.
❖ Alcoholic beverages.
❖ Fireworks, explosive devices, combustible liquids, and open flames.
❖ Unauthorized marking of lines or boundaries (adhesive tape, paint or chalk).
❖ Puncturing turf with sharp objects including canopies, stakes and flags.
❖ Golfing.
❖ Throwing, batting or kicking balls against fencing.
❖ Motorized vehicles.
❖ Bicycles, scooters, skate boards, and rollerblades.
❖ Unauthorized advertisement banners or signs.
❖ Unauthorized installation of goals or sports equipment.
Please do not pick or pull grass fibers or dig on the turf field!
All trash/refuse & garbage must be picked up and removed by all persons, groups or organizations using the fields. Failure to do so will result in
additional fees being levied to cover the cleanup costs.
All practice and games require a field reservation.
