GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: This form is for
use by a property owner or property owner’s designated agent to file a protest with the appraisal review board (ARB) to
schedule protest hearings for up to 20 properties to be held consecutively on the same day. More than one request may be filed in the same tax year. (Tax Code
Section 41.66(j))
SECTION 1: Properties for Same-Day Hearing
Identify the properties for which notice of protest is given and same-day hearing is required by including appraisal district account number, physical address or legal
description. Attach a copy of the Property Owners Notice of Protest for each property.
