ROOF - The roof had some cracked and/or broken concrete roof tiles. Roof tiles that had been inadequately fastened have been displaced by wind.
Roll up roofing covering the roof of this home exhibited general moderate deterioration such as granule loss, delamination, bubbling or cracking.
ELECTRIC - The service panel cabinet was older and showed general moderate deterioration. The service panel front cover was loose. Front cover
(trim) held with wrong type of screws. Pointed, course-thread screws can damage conductors, causing damage that can create electrical arcing, or can
energize the metal panel. Blunt, fine-thread screws are required for this application. The dead front cover of the service panel was missing screws at
the time of the inspection. The Inspector recommends that appropriate screws be installed to securely attach the dead front cover.
PLUMBING - All drain appears to have been re-piped with PVC. Date of re-pipe is unknown as there are no building permit on file with the City.
