4-H NS Scholarship Application Form Updated March 2020

4-H Nova Scotia is pleased to offer two (2) entrance scholarships of one thousand dollars ($1000) each to

current 4-H members, in good standing, who are enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution.

The scholarships will be awarded annually at 4-H Weekend and the money awarded will be transferred to

the institution once proof of registration has been provided to the 4-H Nova Scotia office.

Members applying for this scholarship are required to provide an application package to include the

following four components:

 A letter of application (cover letter);

 A 4-H resumé outlining 4-H experience, significant 4-H awards received, school and

community involvement, work experience;

 An official transcript of current high school marks to date; and

 This application form.
