TERMS & CONDITIONS: All sponsor/exhibit payments are due in full upon contract submission. When
invoice is selected for method of payment, fees are due within 30 days from receipt of invoice. If a contract is
signed within 30 days of the event start date credit card payment must be provided with contract submission.
All sponsorship/exhibit payments are final and no refund will be issued, unless the unless the entire event is
cancelled. If the in-person portion of the event is unable to take place, payment will be applied to the virtual
only portion event and any balance due will be applied as a credit to the 2022 event. By signing this contract
you have read and understand this agreement and agree to all terms and conditions of this contract.
