Resident Meal Plans Options
Students living in the residence halls (Curry Hall, Guadelupe Hall, or Eddy Hall) are required to purchase a Resident Meal
Plan. Residence students have four meal plans to choose from. Each plan comes with meals to use in the dining hall and
Flex Dollars. Flex dollars can be spent in the format of a debit card at all Sodexo operated locations on campus.

Commuter Meal Plans Options
Student living in a campus apartment (West Campus or San Juan Village) or off campus can elect to have any Resident
Meal Plan or Commuter Meal Plan they would like. Each meal plan comes with meals to use in the dining hall and Flex
Dollars. Flex Dollars can be spent in the format of a debit card at all Sodexo operated locations on campus.

Acknowledgment of Meal Plan Term
1. Meal plans and Flex Dollars are non-transferable. Meal plans expire on the last day of finals week every semester.
Only the person pictured on the ENMU ID card (the cardholder) will be allowed to use it for services or to spend
money from the accounts associated with the cardholder. The cardholder may be required to sign a receipt for goods
received. Providing the identification card to other individuals to access goods and services is prohibited. Residence
students will automatically be enrolled for the same meal plan selected for the fall semester unless a new meal plan
is selected prior to the first day of class in the spring semester.
2. Students providing their ENMU ID card, or in possession of another student’s ENMU ID card, assume shared
responsibility for goods and services accessed fraudulently through the misuse of that card. Students involved in
the misuse to transfer of cards may face University disciplinary action as well as civil or criminal charges.
3. Meal account balances do not carry forward and are good for one semester only. Refunds will be prorated on a
weekly basis. If check out occurs in the middle of the week, charges will be assessed through the end of the week.
Flex Dollar balances will carry over from the fall to spring semester. All remaining Flex Dollar balances will expire
at the end of the spring semester. Flex Dollars are non-refundable.
