To protect MAPA, Bunker Hills, and most importantly,
your company, all beverages must be purchased through
Bunker Hills. Beverages not purchased through Bunker
Hills will be conscated!
You WILL be able to hand out beer or mixed drinks such
as rum punch, vodka lemonade or margaritas at your
sponsored location. All of the alcohol must be purchased
from the golf course and must be arranged at least 72
hours prior to tee-off.

18-hole Tournament – Due to current restrictions set in place,
golfers will not be gathering in groups before or after the
tournament. Scoring and starting hole assignments will be done
through the Golf Genius app, which will be free of charge to all
golfers. Tee off will begin at Noon.

There will be 18 premium sponsorship positions that will allow you to see all golfers during the tournament. These 18 positions will
be available on a rst-come rst-served basis. All hole sponsorship assignments will be made on a rst-come rst-served basis. Hole
assignments will be emailed the week of July 27.
DOOR PRIZE DONATIONS
Another way to participate in the golf outing is to donate! We’re
seeking great Door Prize Donations so you can either send us
dollars to purchase items for the Door Prizes, or let us know the
type and quantity of items you wish to donate (speaker, mugs,

RAFFLE TICKET SPONSORSHIP & SALES
If you prefer, you may offer a monetary donation to purchase
Rafe Prizes to benet the MAPA Scholarship Fund and Academic
Institution Donation Fund. Your company will be recognized in
promotional material before, during and after the event. All rafe
ticket sales will be on-site. They will be available from 10 AM to 3
PM at the Golfer Check-in desk or out on the course. The drawing
will be held at the Awards Ceremony and Dinner at 5 PM.
RAFFLE INFORMATION:
Winners do NOT need to be present to win; all prizes will be
delivered to those who win.
Must be 18 years of age and older to purchase a rafe ticket
and win a prize.
Only cash and checks are accepted as payment for rafe
tickets – credit cards are not accepted.
Each rafe ticket is $5; $25 to purchase the full book of 5.
The drawing will be held at Bunker Hills at 5 PM on August
10. All ticket stubs (sold and unsold) along with the money
collected must be turned in prior to the drawing.
Due to COVID-19, all rafe winners will be mailed their prizes.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online registration requires credit card payment; MAPA accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Payment is required prior to the event unless a purchase order has already been requested.

JOIN MAPA
If you are not a member and would like to join to receive reduced conference rates, please join here. To renew your membership and
receive member rates, log into your prole, renew, then return to register for the event. These will be two separate transactions. You
also have the option to pay for both by downloading forms.
EVENT MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
MAPA reserves the right to modify the event’s schedule or program as necessary. MAPA also reserves the right to cancel this event, in
which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (ight, hotel, etc.) in the case of
MAPA cancellation.
SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION
Exhibitor and sponsor cancellations before 07/24/2020 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations after
07/24/2020.

We host events throughout the year, including our annual conference, workshop, and trainings (collectively “events”). If you are a
member and register for one of our events, we will access the information in your member account to provide you with information
and services associated with the event. If you are not a member and you register for one of our events, we will collect your name and
contact information, which we will store in our database and use to provide you with information and services associated with the
event. If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, employer and contact
information, and photograph, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who evaluated your performance as
a presenter. As an attendee, speaker, or sponsor/exhibitor, we will keep a record of your participation to provide you with post-event
information including details on upcoming events you may be interested in. Your contact information may be shared via an event
mobile app or attendee list as part of your participation in the event. Your hotel reservation information may be shared between MAPA
and the hotel.
PCI COMPLIANCE
Please do not email forms with credit card information. To protect your data and to comply with PCI standards, the MAPA ofce will
not accept emailed credit card information.
PHOTO/AUDIO/VIDEO RELEASE
Registration for or attendance at this event acknowledges consent to be recorded or photographed. We reserve the right to use any
photograph/video taken at our events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We
may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted including but not limited to:
brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be

GUEST ATTENDANCE POLICY
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibits, etc.) are exclusively reserved for attendees.
