Kinslow Engineering Research Award Nomination
The Kinslow Engineering Research Award is given annually for the best paper written by a TNTech
engineering faculty member and published in a referred professional journal during October 1,
2018 – September 30, 2019. Nominees must be the principal author. The selection criteria
include both research innovation and research applicability.

A nominator may nominate only one candidate and a single paper by that candidate. Self-nominations
will not be accepted. In the case of multiple authors, the nominator, in consultation with the authors, shall
declare the principal author, contribution of each author and their role. Nominators should comment on
the quality of the journal that has published the paper. The nominator should also clearly identify the
impact of the research presented in the paper.
