E. Appeal Conditions
• All appeal decision notifications will be sent via Titan e-mail.
• All appeal approvals are contingent upon the completion of your financial aid application.
• The Office of Financial Aid will not approve appeals that are incomplete or lack documentation.
• If an appeal is denied, it may be resubmitted only if additional documentation not previously submitted is
provided.
• If your appeal is denied, you need to be prepared to pay tuition, fees and other educational expenses until
such time that you are making Satisfactory Academic Progress and regain eligibility for financial aid.
• Appeals will not be approved retroactively. You must appeal by the semester deadlines at the top of this
form.
