The Edison State Community College’s BOOKSTORE SCHOLARSHIP is a $250 award of Bookstore Gift
Cards that students can use to purchase their textbooks, supplies, or any other item available at the Follett
Bookstore on the Piqua Campus. The Scholarships will be awarded prior to the normal bookstore charging
period at the beginning of each semester which is typically two weeks before the start of a term.

Please read and initial each statement:
_______ I understand that I must be in good academic standing; i.e. at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA and
must have completed at least 67% of all classes attempted at Edison State.
_______ I understand that I must be pre-registered in the above listed required credit hours for a given
term when applying.
_______ I understand that I can only receive the Bookstore Scholarship ONE TIME while attending
Edison State Community College.
_______ I understand that I may apply each semester for the Bookstore Scholarship if I haven’t
previously been awarded the Scholarship.
Write a brief statement of why you feel you have financial need of the $250 Bookstore Scholarship.
