7) Did you have any issues meeting our minimum equipment standards? If so, please explain.
8) How did you determine your rate structure and how will you determine if it needs to be
adjusted? (Note: All grant recipients are required to provide an annual rate structure for 5
years from date of grant close out. Any modifications to the rate structure must be
requested in writing to the Dept. of Housing and Community Development).
9) How do you plan to monitor EVSE usage? (Note: All grant recipients are required to submit
an annual report for 5 years from date of grant close out indicating the usage, revenues,
etc.)
