or Home School completion status at the time you will begin attending Kellogg Community College during the 2019-2020
academic year to qualify for Federal Financial Aid:
You must provide a copy of your High School Diploma, GED certicate or High School transcript that includes date of
graduation to qualify for nancial aid
Academic transcript indicating you have completed at least a two-year program acceptable for full credit toward
bachelor’s degree
Documentation from your high school showing you have excelled academically
I have been home schooled in the State of Michigan and must provide the transcript that will include:
List secondary school courses the student completed
Document successful completion of a secondary school education in a home school setting
Include signature of parent or guardian.

provide documentation.
