Requirement 4: All students are required to successfully complete either AJ 40, Health 1, Health 13, or Nutrition 10; OR two
Physical Education activity courses, of which must be selected from the following with a grade “D” or better:
PE 1.23, 1.24, 1.27, or 1.36
Note: Students who will be completing degrees in the Allied Health areas (Nursing, Psychiatric Technology, Radiologic Technology, or
Veterinary Technology) and students who submit documentation of military service have satisfied this requirement.
Requirement 5: All students are required to fulfill the Multicultural Graduation Requirement (MGR) by completing 3 or
more semester units from the list of multicultural courses listed on the back of this sheet with a grade of “D”
or better.
Requirement 6: All students are required to complete a minimum of 60 associate-degree level semester units with at least a
2.0 (“C” average). The grade point average that is calculated for associate degree purposes only counts units
and grade points earned in associate-degree level courses.
Requirement 7: All students must complete a minimum of 12 associate-degree level semester units with at least a 2.0 (“C”
average) in associate-degree level courses at Woodland Community College.
Requirement 8: All students wishing to graduate must file a “Graduation Petitionas a Candidate for Graduation.
Deadline dates to apply for graduation are: Fall: November 15; Spring: April 15; and Summer: July 1.
