For the hiring process, there will be a written application, and a thirty (30) minute interview with members of
the Professional and Student Staff, and a Group Process interview. The full application timeline is listed below.

7. At the beginning of the year, each RA makes a welcome letter/email to send out to their floor to be sent

As part of the application process, we will conduct reference checks on all candidates. References will include
questions in regards to characteristics, qualities, and previous experiences that you have gained that would make
you a suitable candidate for the Resident Assistant position.
