To be eligible for a graduate assistantship, the applicant must be admitted in full standing to a Tennessee Tech graduate degree
program in which s/he has completed all graduate admissions procedures, has been approved by the department and the
College of Graduate Studies. S/he must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA each semester. S/he must be enrolled in a minimum of six
(6) credit hours of graduate work for full-time graduate assistantship position (nine (9) credit hours for half-time) and no more than
twelve (12) credit hours for fulltime graduate assistantship position (fourteen (14) credit hours for haltime).
