3. Enclose a $20, non-
refundable application fee.
General Deadlines:
Applications and all required
supporting credentials must
be received by the Ofce of
Admissions prior to consideration
of the application.

The applicant should check
the current College catalog for
more specic details concerning
admissions procedures and
requirements.
A. All Applicants
All applicants for admission must
submit a completed certicate of
immunization.
B. Beginning Freshman
Applicants
(those not previously enrolled in
college) must also provide:
1. A copy of the nal high
school transcript showing date of
graduation or satisfactory scores
on the GED examination
Please note: Scholastic Aptitude
Test (SAT) and ACT Assessment
Test scores are not required for
admissions; however, national
SAT I and / or ACT scores may
be used to exempt placement
testing.
C. Accel Program Applicants
(those planning to attend college
and high school simultaneously)
must provide:
1. Completed ACCEL Program
application form (Must be
completed online at www.
gacollege411.org)
2. Completed Darton College
application for admission along
with a non-refundable $20
application fee
3. An ofcial copy of the high
school transcript with credits to
date
4. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
or ACT Assessment scores
D. Joint Enrollment Applicants
(those attending high school who
plan to enroll in courses for college
credit)
1. Completed Darton College
application for admission along
with a non-refundable $20
application fee
2. An ofcial copy of the high
school transcript with credits to
date
3. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
or ACT Assessment scores
4. A letter of recommendation
from the high school guidance
counselor
5. Written consent from a parent
or guardian for students under 18
years of age
E. Transfer Applicants
(those who have attended another
college previously) must provide
ofcial transcripts from ALL
colleges and universities previously
attended.
F. Transient Applicants
(those enrolling at Darton with the
intent of transferring the earned
credit to their home institution)
must provide a letter from the
Registrar or other designated
ofcial of the home institution
recommending acceptance as a
transient and stating any conditions
which must be satised.
G. Homeschooled Applicants
must provide national SAT I or
ACT scores and a high school
transcript showing documentation
of college preparatory curriculum
(CPC) areas.
H. Non-Degree Seeking
Applicants
(those seeking credit but not a
degree) must meet the requirements
of the appropriate category
previously listed above or provide
proof of a four year degree.
I. Auditors
(those wishing to enroll without
receiving academic credit) must
meet the admissions requirements
for one of the above categories.
J. Non-Traditional Student
Applicants
(those who have not attended high
school or college in the previous
ve years and have earned fewer
than 30 transferrable semester hours
of college credit) must provide
proof of high school graduation or
satisfactory GED scores and ofcial
copies of college and university
transcripts, if available.
